To day Sunday in sha Allah, is the sisters' session by 11:30am. Completing Suratul Furqan, Chapter 25 of the Noble Qur'an. It will be live here, in sha Allah.

May the Almighty Allah make us among the major beneficiaries of Ramadhan, and the Night of Power and Decree (Lailatul Qadr).

The Qur'anic exegesis of today Saturday at Annoor Masjeed, Wuse 2, Abuja discussed one verse of Chapter 3 of the Noble Qur'an. It is Verse 77 of Suratu Aali Imran.

The Glorious Qur'an (Chapter 3, Verse 77) says:

77) Verily, those who purchase a small gain at the cost of Allah's Covenant and their oaths, they shall have no portion in the Hereafter (Paradise). Neither will Allah speak to them, nor look at them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, and they shall have a painful torment.

There are many lessons in this verse. Some of them are:

1) Among the previous nations, some betrayed Allah.

2) Mankind must uphold their Covenant with their Lord. This includes revealing His revelation to humanity without any alteration, concoction and concealing. We must also follow the methodology of our pious predecessors in conveying the message.

3) It is obligatory to respect our oath as we will be questioned on that Last Day, and we will also be account for it.

4) There are some people to be disgraced on the Day of Resurrection. Also Allah will not speak to them with any pleasant word.

5) Muslims are urged to excel in both worlds. However, priority is to be given to the next world, when there is a clash between the two worlds. As this world is temporary, while the hereafter is permanent.

May the Almighty Allah guide us to the success of this world.
